Adam was the Scientist of the Week. He had two experiments. First he showed the class which items dissolve in water (sugar) and which don't (sand). The other was about a tuning fork. Adam demonstrated what would happen if he hit the tuning fork and then placed it into water. The water rippled because of the vibration. It was very neat!
